I get this one a lot—and usually it comes with a "yeah, but…"

Yeah, but rates are high. Yeah, but the market might drop. Yeah, but everything feels uncertain right now.

All fair.

Here's the honest answer: There is no "clear" signal coming. If there was, everyone would act on it at the same time—and that usually makes things worse, not better.

So instead of trying to outguess the market, we look at your situation:

• Are you financially ready?
• Would staying put for 3-5+ years make sense?
• Does buying actually improve your life right now?

If those are yes, waiting is a gamble, not a strategy.
